Well it's officially mid-September, crazy right?! Which means that little Hilton is going to arrive in about a month and a half. We are very excited that he is going to make his appearance, so long as he remembers that he can't come out too early. ;)
Knowing that he will be here soon Mike has been working tirelessly on the nursery. We wanted to make sure that it was ready to go in case we did need it earlier than expected and we LOVE it. I just wanted to share out with all of you the room that he will enjoy when he finally gets to come home. We decided to go with the colors of a sea-foam green/teal, gray, and white. We were lucky to find great deals to put this all together and are excited to share the pictures with you!
Mike worked for weeks to make sure that this nursery looked perfect and I don't mean to toot my own horn... for my husband ;) but "toot, toot". Once Mike had created the outline of the room and moved around all the furniture around it was my turn!!!
I waited until the shower was over so that I could organize the gifts we received from our friends and family, washed everything, hung up all the adorable clothes and outfits (by age order), and made the bedroom our own. luckily being at home has been helping me a lot and with the doctor approving that I can move around more it took my mind off of being cooped up in the house for majority of the day. At this point we still have a few more items to buy before he arrives but for now, we are loving our finished baby room.
